True lets only the values of the list be chosen. The cell
is then edited like a lookup column, with a combo box that opens over
the cell with its list already dropped and no text box;
False (the default) lets the text be typed freely as
well.
Such a column does not show its editor by itself with
egoAlwaysShowEditor; it opens on F2, Enter, a click on the
active cell or a typed character.
