with the arrows a long press shows on a touch screen; see
egoColumnMove in Options).
FromIndex and ToIndex are the column’s old and
new positions among the visible columns (VisibleColumns);
the column’s collection index has changed too. AutoColumnIndex
follows the column it named.
The grid’s handler runs first, then the moved column’s own
OnColumnMoved. A typical use is saving the layout.
