click or tap on the box or with Space, before the value changes.
Column is the cell’s column and RowIndex its
window row (0 = the first row shown).
The handler can stop the change by raising Abort, or by
making the cell read-only. When it lets the change happen, the field
gets the opposite value and, unless the row was already being edited,
the row is posted at once (the rule of TEgDBGridEx);
otherwise it is posted with the rest of the row. The grid’s handler runs
first, then the column’s own event of the same name.
A check box can be toggled only with egoEditing in Options, on a
column and dataset that are not read-only.
