property MemoMaxChars: Integer default 256;The most characters of a memo field’s text a cell shows; 0 shows all of it. Negative values are ignored.
A memo cell shows the field’s text, trimmed of leading and trailing
spaces and line breaks. The limit keeps a long text from being measured
and drawn in full at every refresh, which would slow the grid down; the
editor always opens with the whole text, and the export has its own
limit (see ExportToXLSX).
It applies to every memo column with no MemoMaxChars
of its own; it has no effect on other columns.
