procedure SetRowSelected(ARowIndex: Integer; ASelected: Boolean);Adds a row to the multi-selection, or removes it, and fires OnSelectionChange
when that changes the selection. The row also becomes the start of the
next Shift range.
ARowIndex: the window row (0 = the first row shown).
ASelected: True adds the row to the selection,
False removes it.
Nothing happens without egoMultiSelect in Options, without
an open dataset, or for a row the dataset cannot identify: outside the
window, or a row source with no bookmark support (for example a
unidirectional cursor), which can never be selected regardless of window
position.
