procedure AddAllFields;Adds a column for every field of the dataset that has none yet in the
collection, in the field order: the field’s FieldName,
its DisplayLabel as title, and a width from its
DisplayWidth. Fields whose Visible is
False are left out. The columns already there are not
changed.
The dataset must have its fields: open, or with persistent fields. The Columns editor’s Add All Fields button calls this method.
