it occurs for the same things, with the same parameters, but only for
this column, right after the grid’s OnBeforeDrawTitle
handler (if any). It receives the values as the grid’s handler left
them. Sender is the grid. See the grid’s event for when it
occurs and what the parameters mean.
Assigning one handler to the grid’s event serves every column; the column’s event suits a behaviour that belongs to one column, and travels with it when the column is copied or moved.
