runs, the window row the <var> marker belongs to (0 =
the first row shown), so the handler can compute a value of that row,
for example with
RowSource.GetValue(VariableRowIndex, FieldName). It is -1
for a marker in a title or a subtitle, which belong to no row, and at
any other time.
