can decode; Column is the column of the cell and
Msg is a short reason, in English. It is reported once for
the same bytes, not at every refresh. The event only reports: the cell
shows the field’s text instead, and an OnBeforeDrawCell
handler decides what else it shows.
It does not occur for a plain BLOB field tried as a picture with DetectBlobImages:
such a field not holding a picture is expected. The grid’s handler runs
first, then the column’s own event of the same name.
