- 1. Hidden columns are not in it, and after the user moves a column its
index here changes.
SelectedColumn
and AutoColumnIndex
are indexes into this list, as are the FromIndex and
ToIndex of OnColumnMoved.
To find a column by its field or title, use ColumnByFieldName
or ColumnByTitle.
