Accepts a whole number. The value is parsed as
Int64.
A plain decimal integer, optionally preceded by a minus sign. No thousands separator is accepted. Spaces are stripped from the input before parsing.

Invalid: 1,000 1.5 3e4
Both fields contain the canonical decimal representation produced by
IntToStr. The output is locale-independent.

Both , and ; are accepted as list
separators.
Input: 1,2,3 → otList, SQLExpression: IN (1, 2, 3)
Input: 1;2;3 → otList, SQLExpression: IN (1, 2, 3)
Input: 1~100 → otRange, SQLExpression: BETWEEN 1 AND 100
The left bound must be less than or equal to the right bound;
otherwise ERR_INVALID_RANGE is returned.
