function TableColumnsInfo(const ATableName: string;
out AColumns: TJSONArray): Boolean;Retrieves INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS metadata for all
columns of a table, ordered by ORDINAL_POSITION.
AColumns receives a cloned TJSONArray owned by
the caller; nil on failure. Free with
AColumns.Free when done.

data_type, is_nullable,
column_default, character_maximum_length,
