The product includes 2 components:

THE Converter

• Replicates your EDB schema onto MySQL/MariaDB: tables, views, indexes, keys, constraints, triggers, procedures and functions.
• Complete data-type coverage - every EDB type, including INTERVAL, with automatic charset and collation mapping.
• Complete data transfer with BLOB/CLOB handling and pre-migration analysis.
• Built-in SQL Console with result export and a BLOB/CLOB viewer.
• Output works on both MySQL and MariaDB.

THE Developer Library (EDBApiClient)

• Standalone Delphi library (12/13) that lets your Delphi/EDB applications read and write MySQL/MariaDB directly - the bridge that allows you to keeps both databases in step.
• Connection testing, schema queries, SQL script execution including data retrieval from MySQL/MariaDB into EDB and batch INSERT / UPDATE / UPSERT.
• Lightweight PHP REST backend (PHP 8.1+, PDO/MySQL, API-key auth).
